Abuse of admin powers in duel server by admin porthos

Admin by the name of Porthos kicked me from the duel server EU3 on Monday 30 May because in his opinion I was griefing.
What happened: Apparently he and another player had a duel, and I was standing next to him, because I too wanted to duel him. Because of that he kicked me. He asked me to move away from him before, however as far as I know players can stand wherever they want on the duel server? Or perhaps this player porthos owns the duel server and can tell other players what to do and what not to do? I checked the duel server rules and could not find any rules prohibiting players from standing near or next to the duelers. Thus I believe this admin porthos abused his admin rights. I also attach the screnn where it says that he kicked me.

Well, setting aside the fact that you're lying -- standing next to somebody is not the same thing as constantly positioning yourself directly in between two players even after they try to actively avoid you and both tell you to stop -- this doesn't conform to the 48 hours rule. Take some time to think about what you're doing. :P

Don't.
