There is an Equipment dupe bug.
Sadly it works in strat too, so some one could get rid of it (not really advised).
It works by having a equipment piece in your inventory (either spawning or picking one up) and throwing it, then picking up another item that takes up slot spaces.
When you pick up that extra item it spawns the equipment you had as if it was still in your inventory.
