EU_1, ~1550hrs GMT

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.
Cin was killed and then re-joined the server in order to double-spawn. He then proceeded to teamkill member/s of our team.

5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*
It appears Cin derives enjoyment from breaking the rules and attempting to annoy all other players on the server. This is attitude I have gleaned from his constant shit-talk, which I'm sure many players can attest to.

Tking too, this guy is out of control. This is what happens when the mod is dying and admins let turks run rampant on the server, they ride around on horse archers tking and slinging homophobic slurs and racism.
