Help. I can't transfer money

When i go to transfer page and i want to transfer gold to my secondary acconuts, it says Gold: "Blank" out of 0. I think that's the reason.
If i write, for example, 5000 it says "out of gold". Please help!

Not 100% sure but i think new accounts can't transfer money.
Feel free to put up a marketplace offer where you offer something like stones for the amount of gold you need, write the name of the character that put up the offer here and i'll accept it for you(don't get greed tho!)

On the left of the page there should be a box that says something like:

As Zeltino posted, it might be this rule that's stopping you.

I'm not sure exactly how long a character is considered 'New' though, maybe 5 days?

Thank you both for your replies, actually I didn't saw that.I'm pretty sure i created my character more that 3 days ago (wich is the amount of time a character is considered new) but anyways I'll wait a little bit longer.
