All NA servers are like this for me 95% of the time.  I'll have a ping in the 45-50 range but there will be up to half a second delay on all my actions.

I'm at a constant 35-40 ping but there are times where an attempt to swing registers a half second later.

We've been testing some maps/modes on hidden servers, and often times whenever more than 4 servers are up (for EU or NA exclusively) it causes them all to lag. Don't know if that happened here, but it happens sometimes
