dude got sued for using google because a judge claimed to own the patent of the google play store, a guy who never had any contact with google at all.
Problem is, the guy managing that patent stuff was the judge's son, its basically a video about patent-trolling where people claim to own e.g. "the usage of wifi" and tracking you down, costs millions of dollars and years to defend yourself.
