medical aid against thinning of hair / loosing it is not an option for you?
You mean like hair transplantation? That sounds even worse than toupee... look at Wayne Rooney. He did it and still is losing hair. Other than that, don't think there is medical treatment that works.
People are approaching baldness in different ways. My hairline is going up north for example, someone else start from the root. Consider myself lucky getting bald in most gracious way possible. Wonder will I get totally bald soon or it is a very slow process. Some of people I know lost their hair at 25 or so.
