Yes ah. You are not banned, because you are not making trouble. In general, they are very friendly to welcome foreign player friends. But if there are only a few players on the battlefield, they don't like people with high PING, because they will lose.
So true, I was on CHN server yesterday with like 3-5 people and I had 300 ping =)
