HELP! Launcher issue!

Whenever I launch up the game it crashes with this crash error, I've tried repairing the launcher but it does nothing to fix this, can anyone help me out?
I do use WSE2, could that be the cause?

Same here, just tick the "offline" box, start the launcher and join the server ingame.

P.S: It just happens from time to time, no need to reinstall or to do anything. It will be working normal after some time again.
