Hafted Blade

Remove the knob on the end replace it with the spear head.

stats be what they are for each weapon when you have it in that weapon mode i.e. when using hafted blade side hafted blade stats, short spear side short spear stats

might be better with double sided lance stats though as its weight is similar to hafted.
