Well to be fair, it has 1 more body armor, for free essentially. No extra weight or less leg armor in exchange. Afaik, not many armors are strictly better than others like this. If the tryhards could pay 1k per extra body armor at no increased weight cost, no doubt they'd buy 100k armor.
