I've just joined this game site and in the process of trying to delete my account to make a new one to get the gender tab switched from female to male have some how messed up my account. I now have two characters on the website I can't access in the game and have forfeited my starting gear. This may have something to do with the characters tied to the serial number or something. I really don't know. Would you please just reset the account to new or delete it or something? I want to free up the character names .

Figured out how to access characters in game. So I will just go from there and not worry about the beginner stuff. But I really don't recall the website asking me what my characters gender was. It has just assigned female to both my new characters. Whatever, the website can be wrong. Got into this mess trying to make it correct.

If you go the Chat tab and sign into it you may be able to get into contact with Harald who can restore your beginner gear.
