Diablo 3 was a massive disappointment for me, it didn't seem to take many of Diablo 2's qualities and it certainly just doesn't feel as good to play, I still play Diablo 2 from time to time and have done for years and years, Diablo 3 however I played through the game once and pretty much never touched it again barring 20 minutes on a couple of occasions. It was a fail when you view it as a sequel, it is however not a horrible game, it's a fairly solid game in fact, but for me there was not much longevity there and not enough of Diablo 1 + 2's spirit in there.
