Help, Character naked+lvl1 on all servers

I join all EU siege/battle servers, with all my characters, as level 1 and naked. MY character sheets on the site stay correct.

My characters work on the american servers but they are not consistantly up.

Anyways, this started this morning and hasn't worked for hours..
How do i fix this?

ok now im naked and level 1 on ALL servers including north america crpg

Same here, except my character is level 15 (when he used to be 25).

i made a new character and the gear works, but my other 2 character are naked all the time and level 1

all old characters are still naked and not working

only the new one i made is.

please fix this
