Athletics should reduce fall damage

Athletics should reduce fall damage, because it makes scene.  And on that note, gear weight should also be a factor.  My point is that it would be fun to play a character with epic jumping/landing that would be associated with more acrobatic warriors.

This idea sort of makes sense to me. I do find it a bit ridiculous when I survive some of the falls I take from great height. That being said its also a bit ridiculous to be able to survive from any height if you overhead the ground just prior to landing.

Use overhead bug to avoid taking any fall damage and you can be as much ninja as you like :D

Well without armor there are ppl in rl who can jump down 3 meters without getting "damage". But there won't be anyone who's able to jump down 2 meters with a plate armor without breaking his leg.^^

I like the idea, would make for a very different playstyle for high ath characters. However, I'm currently getting 2 shot by like 4 ps katana users because of the speed bonus and the high wpf, adding an increased ninjaness and survivability on top of that would be a bit too much. Note that I have 60 body armor and 8 IF. If so speed bonus damage would need to be nerfed imo.
