Sorry to break this to You, but You cant sell these items, they are given to You to use, but not possible to trade, so use them...

Upkeep cost for masterworks is the same for normal weapons. You only pay upkeep if you are using it in a round and it breaks. Theres about 4% chance for an item to break iirc. There is no reason to get rid of a masterowork except to sell

If you hover over a weapon ingame the value can be wrong.
