Also fix chat bug, team balance bug, unable to spawn at the conquest bug and so on. EU2 pretty much fucked up right now. There's still a bunch of people playing there atm but I think it is only because multiplier for the win is doubled.

i had to play eu 1 cuz of this and it was terrible, also fix rolling its utter piece of horse shit now.
