respeccc..problem, hasty fault

I just came home, started up the site, thinking i could use my free respec again,
I just glanced at the level, wich didnt seemed to change 35(0) but didnt look at the xp loss..
I accidentally respecced my character, losing around 6-7M xp..

I will not play on it untill I hear if it is possible to reset.
lvl 35 sounds shitty but I was almost near lvl 36, and I dont plan or retiring that character anymore, so it would just be a massive waste of time (15h or more) if it couldnt be fixed
