He wasn't camping an unreachable spot. Hard to reach, at best. Blackbow's screenshot show different rounds and then a different building. And I think a kick-poll would be enough in this scenario.
You're all warned, no bans here. Don't camp hard to reach spots just to delay, don't abuse the polls when you still can kill the last enemy and don't try to forge fake evidence to get someone punished.
