Map change crashes

Changed to DX7 which worked, but combat animations dont seem right. Multiple times seemed to get hit from miles away by weapons and my overheads passed through bodies no damage. It sounds like lag but ping was ok.

Changed back to DX9, combat fine but now crashing again at map change. Any other solutions to crash problem please? I've already reinstalled but no difference.

I think this belongs into the bug section. Have to say new patch crashes my game sometimes too whenever I have to download a map.
And the polearm swing animation from horses is a joke right?

Ah well better someone move this thread.

i get this quite a bit but i thought is was down to my actual computer...
