Higher than normal ping..

I am experiencing a steady, higher than normal ping.  It stays somewhere around 97 to 105.  Normally i am at 78 to 85 steadily.  I've been trying to troubleshoot, but others are saying they are also experiencing the same steady higher ping.  I go on the NA... type servers.  all the same issue.  Are the servers acting up?  or is it my isp?

Same here - normally around 50 regularly goes to 140 which means blocking is a lottery. Only happened last few weeks.

Same here. Normally 40-50 ping, now 80-90.

Same for me.  About 50-80 ping higher than normal on NA servers recently.  Ping to all other cRPG and native servers is fine though.
