Yeah, I'd call it a "plan".

Lack of detail isn't anachronistic, but a blueprint is literally an object invented six or seven hundred years after your game is set, so it doesn't really fit. You might as well call it a computer aided design.

I don't think anyone minds that we use modern English. Blueprint is a word we all know. No sense complicating things. Or perhaps we could only use old English, which everyone will have to learn in order to play.
