I moved out a new house and I cant play now, ''This char belongs etc... ,'' please help me that

I have 2 chars on game they names are Bjelica and Deserter_Kleiza

I can join Bjelica but I cant join Kleiza and I want to continue to game with Kleiza what should I do?

Make sure the name is spelled correctly. Also make sure that the gender is the same.
