Will you help me, please? This was my first time retiring, I wasn't aware that this would happen.
I got Balanced German Poleaxe and Heavy German Poleaxe and I sold the Balanced one, since it seemed to have ridiculous stats and didn't appear in-game anyway.

err you get 2 heirlooms,  STOP, here you should have noticed somethings wrong and wrote a bug report about it, not trying to abuse it getting money by selling.
your own fault for beeing greedy

Greed is an assumption.  I sold mine as I was being OCD about my inventory.  I have no need of money, I have every piece of equipment I want and enough gold to upkeep them until the end of time.  Take the gold back, you may take all my gold I have little use for it.
