Free respec for heroes

As the title says. Currently free respec is available only for "non hero" characters. The only thing this obstacle does is preventing me from playing strat, because I'd rather have free respec than participate in strat battles. Which is kinda silly. And I doubt giving free respec to heroes will do any harm in current state of the mod and strat.

It makes many people ignore Strat, because 'Why would I wanna play Strat with my shitty 1h which I cannot play at all with, thus not having any fun with, just cause I wanna respec my awesome Polearm, which I would have a shitload of fun with?'

I don't think once a month would hurt at least, or every 2-3 weeks.

This said, could you also remove the K/D reset please, and make it a free manual change instead? I'd be fucked if the thing I wear like some kind of medal would disappear like that, just imagine if someone who got 20000 kills resets his k/d. For example, San got 44k kills.
