is 139 throwing FOR SURE enough for 12 pt? when i was at 11 pt with same wpf, most armor pushes me over

Armor penalties for throwing have been changed. You can wear light-medium armor (~12-13 weight total) with mail mittens or below, increased with IF. 33-15 with more IF might not be a bad alternative since you can wear a little more armor than that.

Just do what you want to, simple as that. Nowadays you can respec once per week without any penalties (unless artie is your strat character, in which case just make an alt your strat character since to my knowledge you don't give a flying fuck about strat), so there is no real reason to worry about getting "stuck" with a shitty build. Go pure str thrower again, we all know it's what you want to do.
