Not sure where else this occurs, but I noticed this this morning. Look at the speed rating difference between regular and masterwork.

In fact, I think the bug is derived from the fact that there are two missile speeds, which is another bug.

Do we actually have a website maintainer?

You are lookin at Speed Rating.

Speed Rating is the speed of reloading.
Missile Speed is the speed of the arrow.
