Lost heirlooms - Possibly due to leaving clan without emptying Armory?

Title says it all. I didn't notice until today but I had a handful of looms that I had kept in my clan's armory. I left the clan to join a different banner without taking out the looms. Now they are gone. How can I get my looms back?

They should automatically be withdrawn. Otherwise perhaps rejoining the clan would work.
