I was riding my donk around trying to kill people and cosby blocked my path.  He proceded to slash my donkey 4 times and killed it then wrote "tango down".  I said "WTF" then told him I'd post a ban thread for killing my donkey.  He then slashed me and TK'd me.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.
He doesn't care about the rules and probably thinks he is above them

He killed you at the end of a round, which is obvious, not at the start of a round. I'm not sure that is a big offense. Just wanted to point that out before an admin overlooks it. (The other stuff is pretty blatant though).

Really dude? You were riding around in front of me and throwing at the ground near me and picking them up, seemed to me like we were messing around since the round was about to end.
I probably killed you .1 second after you said that and we both know that, I'm pretty sure logs say when Hits/chat comes up.
I'd peg this as a misunderstanding??, surprised this thread even came up as you never even had hit M to report the wounds and you were messing around with me just prior

I wasn't throwing at the ground and picking them up, I was throwing them at an enemy.  I never waste my lances until I get the "round is over" prompt.

I honestly don't care what your intentions were.  Don't ever attack my donkey.  After the round is over and you get the message, I don't care but before that hands off.

I didn't prevent you from fighting that round or anything, I'm pretty bummed that you baited me into this whole situation to be honest. If what had happened bugged you, you should have pressed M when I first wounded or said something to the effect of "Hey please don't do that." We could have even had a civil talk in game but you instantly just went for the ban? This all doesn't make any sense to me and seems very petty.
Admins can make their decisions, I've already put my PoV in.

this happened before the round was over.  You killed my donkey before I had a chance to press M.   Then I told you to fuck off and you TK'd me and then the round ended.

Looks like this is a matter of semantics, honestly.

Intentional teamwounding and teamkilling is only allowed after the round is literally over, and only if the person doesn't care about being TK'd.
As it's rarely enforced, it's difficult to rightfully determine what is and isn't acceptable.

I will say, the teamkill appears to have happened after the round as valor already went out.
The donkey kill was clearly before the round was over, though.

So, since this is unusual and convoluted by nature, and as Cosby's only ban was over two years ago, I'm just going to give him a warning.
Be more careful and wait until the round is literally over.

Donkey_Thrower, the thread seems a little unnecessary.
A few CTRL+M's or a "please stop" would have probably done the trick, and as this sort of thing happens nearly every round, it's strange that your first response would be to post a ban thread.
You're technically in the right, but I'd really suggest in a situation like this that you first take it up with the person you have the issue with.
