Replace Aketon with Genoa Mail from 1257 AD

So, today I tried to replace two items in cRPG with the ones from other mods.
The first replacement was Novogrod Helmet to Golden Valsgarde Helmet, that hopefully worked (didnt test it yet)
Then I tried to replace the Heavy Aketon (I assume it is that one, filename only said aketon_something) with one of the genoa armors from 1257AD.
However, joining on the Rageball server, it said it could not open the file.
It looked messed up like this:

visitors can't see pics , please register or login

You can also notice how some parts of the original Aketon still exist, do the arms have a seperate file? Should I try to replace a different armor?
Can someone help me with this?

nice textured ... i think its just wrong ;) cant just overwrite the textures except u want to change the colors - someone can help u for sure.

Look like your texture is missing. Check your typo.
