That's not good.
It is at the very least within the healthy range, and according to some doctors and nutritionists I have found on the web, it is actually desirable. Though I do not abide by random healthguru mumbo jumbo, I do eat a wide variety of home-cooked meals almost exclusively, and easily surpass daily recommendations of vegetables, fruits and fish consistently. By all scientifically supported standards, I eat healthily. I think I can attribute three poops a day to eating a fairly high fiber diet, eating a lot and drinking 3-4 liters water a day. Poop is mostly water, and I guess I have a lot of water to mix my excrement with. Now the 3-4 liters water part, that is probably not good, but I I am not displaying any symptoms of diabetes aside from excessive thirst so *shrugs*.
