Hierlooming a traded for Item?

For example, trading for a balanced sword then masterworking it.


Is this possible? If not, I feel stupid and wasted quite a bit of time.

Of course, as poster above said, I don't see why you wouldn't be able too, it doesn't tag itself as a traded item or anything.. it's just another item in your inventory and you can heirloom any item you have aslong as you meet the requirements of the item.

Items bought from the market can be heirloomed like any other item.
