stone 10000000! im sure its been suggested but what we need is 3-4 tabs in the market, it should be sorted by what you offer. So for example the first tab could be if you offer nothing and want gold then you are sorted into one area, those who offer non-heirlooms would be in a tab this would stop the idiots from buying the trick items like heavy*bastard sword. the third would be heirlooms for gold, the 4th heirlooms for heirlooms(+gold). So as to make it easier for those looking to actually buy something.

either that or make market for heirlooms only, i dont really see the point of buying/selling non-heirloomed items anyway, sure you might save a couple gold or sell for a couple gold more, but who cares?

or just make the market not accept offers of nothing for gold.  I'd be happy with making it heirloom only (meaning heirloomed item must be in one of the slots either offer or wanted)

because you could sell for example a plate charge for 10k less, the guy buying it saves 10k, and you make more money than you would selling it normally.

clans.... enough said, i actually offered to help a clan member buy something, sides clan members could easily find a way around this, example ( i came up with this on the spot)

clan member puts item they are selling for the $ then the clan member giving the gold buys it(then again would be risky if heirlooms only which i hope not to happen)

Are you the guy who bought my Heavy Bastard Sword for 15k?

:P

Anyway, (this character) being new, saving/getting a few extra thousand does matter.  For my normal items, if I try something and decide I don't like it, I put it on the market for 75% of the normal buying price.  Buyer gets it for 25% less than usual, and I get 25% more of the original value than I would from normal selling.  Seems like a reasonable standard to me, and I've sold a couple 10k-range value items that way, so it seems like buyers are using it too :)
