San 1 of those votes got to 49% the other 45% and the last 35% once i realized he wasent getting kicked i stopped 3 polls isnt spamming considering he was legitamently trolling and nudged me during battle and the rounds im sorry im not some nerd my old friend who immedietly reports shit like that honetly if you got to know me you would understand im not a troll i have fun with people i can tolerate others and try to rid the scum its too bad your all cought up in murdertrons claims and i defintly didnt teamwound this is an unbacked ban considering i wasent spamming polls i polled 3 times and 2 were less than 5% from going through after the percent dipped i stopped knowing that from there on i would be considered spamming Thanks!

You shouldn't be trying to poll kick anyone in the first place. That is the job of an admin to handle. If there isn't one on at the time, take screenshots of what is going on and then post on the forums about it. Don't try to take matters into your own hands.

How come murder never got hit with at least a warning for actually INSTIGATING this. (going up to vebb and wounding him, trolling him, etc).

The nudge/wound in the beginning didn't really say much either way. I think getting Md is a proper punishment for nudging at spawn unless it gets disruptive/knocking down ranged teammates.

1 poll was also okay with a valid reason, but doing so many on the same person with any random reason that comes to mind annoys the whole server, especially when it keeps failing. I feel that I got that message from your post, so that being said, 7 days for what transpired will probably be reduced, but some time will be needed to reflect on this regardless.

Unbanned. I felt that you were telling the truth, so 3 days is more than sufficient. Some of the poll reasons were understandable in a single event, but the poll failed and led to abuse from continued use. A kick poll for leeching, exploiting, etc. when an admin isn't on is fine, but should be used sparingly (especially after failing once), because the UI blocks many people's screens.
