He nudged me, i nudged back. Than he kicked me and also tried to kick my friend off the wall. I nudged him away and he started aiming an me with his Crossbow. As i kicked him to stop aiming at me he shot me in the head. About 2 minutes later he hit me again with his axe.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did: I really dont know.

He can't be banned based on this screenshot, because it doesn't say anything.
If you look at the screenshot it could have been an accident as well. I'm not saying I don't believe it, but it just doesn't prove anything.
Next time take more screenshots, especially of the moment itself if you can.

Besides that I'd suggest not nudging or kicking back someone if he is annoying you. Maybe just ask him in the chat to stop with it.
