Character-not-found

Hello!
After a lil break i started playing cRPG agian. After logging in, warband in game did not read my main character. I changed password a couple times but i didn't work. On main site i see "new" characters i made to reset password, but i can't see my main anywhere?
Any solutions?

I really hope we can get our characters back though.  :/

I found a solution.  If you make a new character with the same name and gender as your existing one, it will 'become that one' with all your old characters stats and equipment.

What GrandKamikaze said is true. By creating a character with the same name and gender, you are able to retrieve your old stats and items unless you have deleted the character or otherwise got banned with it.
