I've asked for a second opinion on this one, since it's a bit of a grey area & there is a large number of people that can potentially get banned here.

I just want to ask something ;

Is Byzantium_Teeth the one who decides map cycle ?

If yes then how the fuck he is protesting as griefing to let the map finish faster ?

Instead of banning people change Scene Editer.

Just to clarify it wasn't for a map switch, even though everyone on eu1 was raging about that map at the time..

We'd just finished an internal Duel tournament and then we came to Eu1 for like 30 mins, and then a lot of people were leaving so i don't know who decided to charge into the water but they did and everyone followed suite for a laugh, but it seems some people have taken this very seriously for whatever reason.. :(

Edit: I also find it hilarious you screenshot-ed yourself being an asshole to Mircea, which in my opinion is a much worse act than a clan screwing around and 'griefing'.

Alright, I've discussed this with a couple of admins and they agree with my thoughts, and those are as follows;

If this was truly to force a map change, then it is heavily against the rules, on the same strain as a few people deciding to kill the Viscount on a DTV server.

This is not okay, if it's a bit of fun, then it's only slightly better, you are still ruining it for the rest of the server.
I'll couple this with the ban request, also lodged against the Byzantium clan as a whole, the one with the poll during your "duel tournament".

Okay, verdict: I'm not going to ban anyone outright, but I'm not going to be a nice guy about it either - Don't use your majority populace to boot people from a server simply because you have something going on, last I checked, you can set up your own server, instead of commandeering an official server. (If however, given the lax evidence leveled against you in that case, he was getting in the way of duels, the fine, since he was breaking the rules. This is a warning however if the former is true.)
And if you were trying to force losses to change the map then, well, don't, simple as that.

This is a single warning to all of those involved, if another request is made (following the usual procedure, evidence and the like) then I'll have to follow through and ban those involved, no exceptions.

I hope this will cover everything, please make sure this doesn't happen again,

Tenne.
