I am pretty sure that Aldo is past half way to level 37 and he hasn't bugged out.

ask hetman, hes "rather close" to 37

he told me how much exp he has left a month ago or so, cant remember the number though but considering how much is needed in total hes quite far (think he needs like 250mil or so)
