Yes the repair system sucks and people just hide for the money. The nice armours are just pretty ornaments that nobody wants to buy, so why
not just delete them from the game because their upkeep is just impossible anyway.

It seems native is more fun now because you don't have to worry over repair and getting broke for wearing the armour you like. You can just have fun with no worries.

Really whats the point of money now? I can guarantee you that in medieval times when wars were fought, the knights wore the best that they could get, not what saved them a few gold coins. Repair is till too much for decent armour if you end up in a loosing team, which happens alot.

REPAIR just SUCKS

But those knights were rich noblemen who could afford to keep their armour in a good condition, while a large part of cRPG's ''knights'' are just regulars, and veterans, who have gotten a large amount of money at some point, and bought equipment that they knew they would not be able to keep in the long run..
Anyways, I won't share my own opinion, besides that.

and people just hide for the money.

Dear mr Emo

Empiric data shows that less people hide for money now than before. Perhaps your tincan-helmet tunnel vision prevented you from seeing all those peasants and low lvl's in previous patches who did nothing but "stay near battle, hide". Everyone is having much more fun now.

I see no point of it, If you want realism, then horses wont be killed with one hit a of a pike, and people wont stand there take their polearms and then they just thrust and the guy on the horse is dead, that isnt realistic is it? then why have penalty realism, but no good realism??

Guys i really dont like upkeep but now, its easy to make gold. You need to choose balanced armors with gold how much you earn.

If it's x5 or x4 bonus im using heavy armors and if its low like x1 x2 im using armors like archer even im a 1h.

Again;  I hate upkeep but now its balanced and everybody can make gold.

And i used my plated charger 12-13 rounds and never broke. Am i lucky or u're unlucky?
