Ban for tk at spawn

I posted this in the NA thread over a week ago, but there was no ban issued for it and more over the conclusion suggested that I had done something without any evidence what so ever. So, given the good reputation of global admins I bring this to your attention, and ask for a fair ruling.

My, response to the accusations made against me is that they are lies, and given that the accuser took screen shots of the previous round obviously to make an argument that I was delaying which he used as his defense for tking me at spawn, wouldn't he have taken screen shots of me team wounding?  Furthermore, in the 4 seconds of screenshot he did provide there are two corpses right in front of me showing that there was combat, and in my screenshot from the end/beginning of the round shows me killing someone, proving that these accusations made against me are false.
