FPS problem

Hello community!  8-)

So 5 minutes ago I wanted to play cRPG and I got massive fps problems (Normally I can play with constant 100 fps) and now it jumps from 50 to 100 and back etc which is pretty annoying.
Any1 got a solution or something because it is nearly unplayable...  :( :cry:
