100k of silver disappeared

Hi.
I had never participate in Strategus, but last week decieded to join the battle and take a look at this mode.
1 of the reasons, why i wanted it: 100+ k of silver, which disappeared when i choosen a new hero, so now i have 100silver
However, i havent seen no notes about loosing silver as result of such action.
Tell me plese is it ok, or wt i suppose to do now

So, there is no possible way to get back silver? I head, that it was rather valuble, like 1silver= 10gold:/

No, everyone "lost" their stuff. The round started again, so it's a full wipe. Which btw happens every year so it doesnt get boring too long.
