Still, a few millions of muslim is more than enough to have outburst of violence here and there, and in countries where minorities are not tolerated, they represent the part of the population most capable of violence.

Yeah Uygurs are from Turkic ethnicity and they live in Sincan Autonomous Region , I guess Xinjiang in English. And it was known among our country that they were being treated bad so those falchion attacks are nothing new.
