Unban Niglet please - name has been changed (discussion required please!)

As indicated by the title; 'tis Niglet here requesting an unban.
I have changed my name to Srbijan, however I wish to inquire further about the freedom allowed for name selection.
(Would it be possible to change my name back to Niglet?)

Thankyou, what about Niggy? (I know these are probably stupid questions, but I like the sound of them)
Also I've noticed someone in NA is called Negga, isn't this more offensive than Niglet?
