Another thing that makes strat battles not fun in general is awful lag. I had a feeling my PC is to blame but on EU1 with same amount of players (100) game runs quite smooth and there are no issues with game feeling less responsive. Dunno whats the issue, but playing strat feels completely different than playing on EU1/EU2.
Maybe it's because players always respawn in Strat players, and there's a lot of fighting happening at the same moment. Even more than EU2 I presume.
That, and probably if it's a strat siege; add that to the generally bigger scenes and it creates more lag. Plus, ladders and construction equipment being thrown around (pun intended). My only guess.
