That video is real funny and all, but I can't believe that an admin uses fucking neon coloured weapon/tree textures. Like someone said before, I think this is pretty close to cheating, if not just blatant cheating. Getting an advantage over other people by altering files, not cool if you ask me. I guess there is no way to prevent it so you can clearly do whatever you feel like, but to see an admin set an example like this kind of sucks.
