Like Elindor has said, if you're going to get a new computer, get a SSD for Windows and games and a HDD as secondary. The difference is immense.
not necessarily
another example:
friend 1: SSD, intel i7 overclocked, nvidia gtx 760, 8gb ram
friend 2: HDD, random quad core, nvidia gtx 550, 16gb ram
(these friends actually exist
)
friend 2s pc runs way faster than friend 1s, loads windows, random programs and games about twice as fast (booting pc is a matter of like 5 seconds or so)
even though my friend 1 has the main things on his SSD
obviously theoretically it would be even faster if you had 16gb RAM AND a SSD, but id say try that setup without SSD first, and then see if you still need more speed or if youre happy the way it is
no point spending even more money than you already have
doubt you got a money tree in your back garden (in case you have, ill be right over with a lorry)
all i know is that compared to your older pc this is going to be fast as fuck
