Help using an xbox controller

Hey guys, I'm playing with 300 ping and on a laptop with a poor frame rate so I don't care that the controls are poor on an xbox controller, but I do want to use one.

Got any clues? Anyone else using one?

yeah it's PNP...i had a controller plugged into my computer when my bro came over once (TommyHu) and he started hitting buttons on it, and it was controlling my crpg guy...so it automatically assigns keys to the buttons, not sure if you can change them easily or not
