Launcher/Update Issue

Launcher Issue:
Whenever I open up my launcher I get a message saying "Failed to connect for launcher update (Unable to connect to the remote server)

Any fix?

I can still play by checking "offline mode"
But with the new update, can't join any servers.  (Insta-Kicked)

Edit: Tried it again, and it crashed the whole program completely.

Edit: Tried to repair and got these:

(If I answer yes it just does the same thing)

Anti-Virus was blocking it, I told it to shut the fuck up and it seemed to work
