I'll probably wait until the game is completed. The current early access version has about 60% of the planned content.

What they meant by 60% is the first 2 cities are complete and they are working on the last. So u wont miss any gameplay content, only story. And u wont have to pay when its complete, just download, but u know that probably.

I still prefer to buy the finished product, especially if it's a storydriven game.
